Ingredients
  

  • 8 cucumbers
  • 1 1/3 cups white vinegar
  • 8 tsp water
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp Frontier Co-op Mild Sweet Pickling Spice
  • 2 tsp Pickling Salt
  • 2 tsp Frontier Co-op Parsley Flakes

Method
 

  1. Place cucumbers in a bowl.
  2. 2. In another bowl, combine vinegar, water, honey, salt, pickling spice and parsley. Pour over the liquid and weigh down with a plate.
  3. 3. Refrigerate for three hours and serve.
