Spicy Buffalo Popcorn Seasoning

No bones about it — or messy sauce! A big bowl of this white cheddar, cayenne-and-celery-salt-seasoned popcorn will disappear before halftime, it’s that finger-lickin’ good. (And you don’t have to lick your fingers.)

  • 3 tbsp Frontier Co-op White Cheddar Cheese Powder
  • 1 tsp Frontier Co-op Celery Salt
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp Frontier Co-op Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Frontier Co-op Sea Salt
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp Frontier Co-op Cayenne Chili Pepper
  • 10 cup freshly popped popcorn

Method
 

  1. Pop the popcorn
  2. Blend cheddar cheese powder and seasonings, and sprinkle on warm, freshly popped corn.
