  • 1 bunch radishes, trimmed and halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Frontier Co-op® Thyme Leaf
  • 1/2 tsp Frontier Co-op® Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Frontier Co-op® Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Frontier Co-op® Sea or Himalayan Pink Salt

  • 6 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Frontier Co-op® Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Frontier Co-op® Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Frontier Co-op® Thyme Leaf
  • 1/2 tsp Frontier Co-op® Oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, toss radishes with olive oil, thyme, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Spread radishes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and slightly golden.
  3. In a food processor, combine feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and oregano. Blend until smooth.
  4. Spread whipped feta dip onto a serving plate or shallow bowl. Arrange warm roasted radishes over dip and drizzle with a bit of additional olive oil if desired. Optional: garnish with more dill, crumbled feta and chopped pistachios. Enjoy!
