Starting in 2005, Andy Keller, ChicoBag Founder, had been using a huge ball of plastic bags to show people how many plastic bags an average American uses yearly – and one day he decided to wear it. Thus was the spawning of the first Bag Monster (the costume that is). Eliminate the Bag Monster by saying “no!” to single-use bags.
