Chamomile Massage Oil DIY

A soothing massage oil recipe featuring chamomile and peppermint essential oils. Try applying it before and after a workout to nourish the skin and relax the muscles.

Ingredients

  • 7 drops Aura Cacia Roman Chamomile in Jojoba
  • 5 drops Aura Cacia Peppermint Essential Oil
  • 3 drops Aura Cacia Wintergreen Essential Oil
  • 2 drops Aura Cacia Clove Bud Essential Oil
  • 2 fluid ounces Aura Cacia Grapeseed Oil
  • 2-ounce amber glass bottle

Directions

1. Measure grapeseed oil into bottle.

2. Add essential oils to bottle, replace lid and shake gently until well-blended.

3. To use, pour 1 to 2 teaspoons into palm of hand and massage into targeted area.
