Ingredients
- 6 drops Aura Cacia Grapefruit Essential Oil 0.5 fl. oz.
- 6 drops Aura Cacia Frankincense Essential Oil 0.5 fl. oz.
- Aura Cacia Amber Mist Bottle with Writable Label 2 fl. oz.
- 2 fluid ounces water
Directions
- 1. In bottle, combine essential oils.2. Top off with water, replace lid and shake until well blended.3. To use, shake bottle and mist yoga mat, body and/or airspace before, during or after practice.
