Ingredients

• 6 drops Aura Cacia Grapefruit Essential Oil 0.5 fl. oz.
• 6 drops Aura Cacia Frankincense Essential Oil 0.5 fl. oz.
• Aura Cacia Amber Mist Bottle with Writable Label 2 fl. oz.
• 2 fluid ounces water

Directions

1. In bottle, combine essential oils.2. Top off with water, replace lid and shake until well blended.3. To use, shake bottle and mist yoga mat, body and/or airspace before, during or after practice.
