Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Reserve 2 teaspoons Cilantro Lime Seasoning from packet for Cilantro Lime Honey Glaze.
- Place pork and corn on a lined sheet pan. Combine remaining seasoning with oil; coat pork and corn, turning each piece to coat entire surface.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the glaze: Mix reserved seasoning with honey and lime juice.
- Remove sheet pan from oven, drizzle glaze over pork to coat evenly, and return pan to oven.
- Cook for an additional 10 minutes, until center of pork reaches 145°.
