This decadent holiday cocktail combines rich, creamy white chocolate with refreshing peppermint. It’s an easy, festive cocktail for holiday entertaining, and the candy cane rim makes it extra special!

Ingredients

  • For the Candy Cane Rim:
  • 1 ounce melted white chocolate

  • 2 tablespoons finely crushed candy canes

  • For the Martini:
  • 3 ounces vodka

  • 3 ounces white chocolate liqueur

  • 2 ounces heavy cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic® Peppermint Flavor

  • 1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic® Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract

Directions

  • To Rim the Glasses: Pour white chocolate and crushed candy canes onto 2 separate small, shallow plates. Dip rim of each glass in chocolate, then dip in candy canes. Place in freezer while you make the cocktail.
  • To Make the Martini: Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add vodka, white chocolate liqueur, cream, peppermint flavoring and vanilla extract. Shake for 10 to 15 seconds, then strain into the two chilled glasses.
  • Recipe Tip: To change up the rim and give this martini a warming kick, mix our Spicy Cocoa Finishing Sugar in with the crushed candy canes, or use it in place of the candy canes.
