Ingredients
- For the Fruit Salad:
strawberries,
blueberries
blackberries
raspberries
mango, diced into 1-inch cubes
green grapes, sliced in half
kiwi, peeled and sliced into half moons
cantaloupe, diced into 1-inch cubes
Fresh mint for garnish
- For the Dressing:
Simply Organic® Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
freshly squeezed lemon juice
lemon zest
sea or Himalayan pink salt
Directions
- In a large serving bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, mango, grapes, kiwi and cantaloupe.
- In a small bowl, whisk together vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemon zest and salt.
- Pour dressing over fruit and toss gently to coat. Serve garnished with fresh mint.
Notes
- To infuse a hint of fresh mint flavor throughout the salad, finely chop some mint leaves and toss with fruit in Step 1. You may want to start with just a couple leaves — you can add more to taste after the dressing is added.
