Store Credit for Returns (15 Days from Delivery)
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. For eligible returns requested within 15 days from the carrier’s delivery date, we will issue a store credit only.
To be eligible for store credit, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unmarked and Resalable Condition: All bottles or product containers must be unmarked, free of stickers, and in otherwise resalable condition.
- Photo Documentation Required: Before shipping any return, you must provide photos of all items you wish to return. These photos serve as documentation for both parties’ records.
- Customer Responsibility for Shipping and Restocking Fee: The customer is responsible for all freight charges to ship the item(s) back to us. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns for store credit.
Full Refunds for Shipping Errors or Carrier Damage (3 Days from Delivery)
We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally, issues may arise during transit. A full refund to the original payment method will only be issued in cases of:
- Shipping Errors: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error.
- Damage by the Carrier: If your order arrives damaged by the shipping carrier.
Reporting Requirements for Shipping Errors or Damage:
- Timely Reporting: All shipping errors or damages must be reported within 3 days from the carrier’s delivery date.
- Photo Documentation Required: For damaged items, photos of the damage to the shipping container and the product(s) are required as proof. This documentation is essential for us to file a claim with the carrier.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process:
- Request an RMA: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at custserv@caherbanlife.com or (657) 366-7775 within the specified timeframe.
- Provide Photos: For all returns, send the required photos to custserv@caherbanlife.com before shipping.
- RMA Issuance: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will issue you an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. We will then provide you with the correct return shipping address and detailed instructions.
- Packaging and Shipment: Please ensure returned items are securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (unless it’s a shipping error or carrier damage).
Inspection and Credit Issuance:
Upon receipt of your returned items, we will carefully inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
- Items Not Meeting Conditions: If the returned items do not meet the specified conditions (e.g., unmarked, resalable), the items will not be shipped back to you, will be discarded, and no credit (store credit or refund) will be issued.
- Approved Returns: Once we confirm that your return has been approved for credit (either store credit or full refund), we will process it promptly.
- Store Credit: For approved returns eligible for store credit, the credit will be applied to your account and can be used on your next order.
- Full Refunds: For approved shipping errors or carrier damage, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Out of Stock Items Disclaimer
We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that all items displayed on our website are available for purchase. However, from time to time, items may be temporarily out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances, high demand, or supply chain disruptions.

Manufacturer Disruptions:
If an item becomes unavailable by the manufacturer we reserve the right to hold your order until we receive notice from the manufacturer about said item. Holds will be applicable for 30 days or until we ship your order.
