This classic black tea blend starts with Young Mountain Tea’s single-origin Organic Kumaon Black, a lovely black with natural notes of rich caramel and bittersweet cocoa. The bergamot oil, which is made from the rinds of a small citrus fruit, adds a clean and slightly sour twist that builds on the black tea’s foundation.
