Use Regency’s to make clear soups. Place meat, bones, veggies, herbs and spices inside to make a clear soup stock. After hours of boiling simply use an oven mitt or tongs to remove the Soup Sock from the pot, squeeze the excess liquid into the broth and discard, or cut the bag open to remove the good stuff and add it to the soup.
