Description
This Stir Fry Spatula is stronger than wood and will not swell, split, or absorb moisture. Safe for use on non-stick surfaces or in high-heat. Ideal for use in woks or when making stir fry. The bamboo is treated through a special oven-roasting process which caramelizes the sugar in the bamboo, resulting in its beautiful honey color.
