Concave side cradles hard-boiled eggs, bocconcini, mushrooms, and strawberries; flat side slices mozzarella cheese and room-temperature butter sticks. Not intended for slicing cheddar and other hard cheeses; dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. Cutting wires flip to slice food into 9 uniform pieces on either side of the base.
