Our “TGSEB” (Tellicherry Garbled Special Extra Bold) are the highest grade of black peppercorns available, selected from only the plumpest berries — those that produce a rich and complex pepper flavor. Tellicherry black peppercorns are larger than standard black peppercorns, and are named after Tellicherry, a city on the Malabar Coast of Northern India.
