Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 lb Fresh Shrimp
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Carrots Sliced
  • 1 cup Snap Peas
  • 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onion
  • 2 tbsp Water
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Wholesome! Organic Raw Unfiltered White Honey
  • 2 tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 inch nub Ginger Minced
  • 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
For the Rice
  • 1 cup White Jasmine Rice
  • 2 cups Water

Method
 

For the Rice
  1. In a medium pot, combine rice and water. 
  2. Bring to a boil, then decrease heat to simmer and cover the pot. 
  3. Cook 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water is absorbed and rice is cooked.
For the Sauce
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and whisk together to combine.
For the Stir Fry
  1. Peel and devein if necessary.
  2. add 2 tbsp olive oil to skillet and heat
  3. Add Shrimp to heated olive oil and cook thoroughly
  4. Remov shrimp from skillet and thoroughly pat dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Add 2 tbsp water to skillet
  6. Add all vegetables (broccoli, carrots, snap peas, peppers, and onions) to skillet
