Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 lb Fresh Shrimp
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Carrots Sliced
- 1 cup Snap Peas
- 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onion
- 2 tbsp Water
For the Sauce
- 2 tbsp Wholesome! Organic Raw Unfiltered White Honey
- 2 tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1/2 inch nub Ginger Minced
- 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
For the Rice
- 1 cup White Jasmine Rice
- 2 cups Water
Instructions
For the Rice
- In a medium pot, combine rice and water.�
- Bring to a boil, then decrease heat to simmer and cover the pot.�
- Cook 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water is absorbed and rice is cooked.
For the Sauce
- In a medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and whisk together to combine.
For the Stir Fry
- Peel and devein if necessary.
- add 2 tbsp olive oil to skillet and heat
- Add Shrimp to heated olive oil and cook thoroughly
- Remov shrimp from skillet and thoroughly pat dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add 2 tbsp water to skillet
- Add all vegetables (broccoli, carrots, snap peas, peppers, and onions) to skillet
