Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 lb Fresh Shrimp
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Carrots Sliced
  • 1 cup Snap Peas
  • 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onion
  • 2 tbsp Water

For the Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Wholesome! Organic Raw Unfiltered White Honey
  • 2 tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 inch nub Ginger Minced
  • 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

For the Rice

  • 1 cup White Jasmine Rice
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions
 

For the Rice

  • In a medium pot, combine rice and water.�
  • Bring to a boil, then decrease heat to simmer and cover the pot.�
  • Cook 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water is absorbed and rice is cooked.

For the Sauce

  • In a medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and whisk together to combine.

For the Stir Fry

  • Peel and devein if necessary.
  • add 2 tbsp olive oil to skillet and heat
  • Add Shrimp to heated olive oil and cook thoroughly
  • Remov shrimp from skillet and thoroughly pat dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Add 2 tbsp water to skillet
  • Add all vegetables (broccoli, carrots, snap peas, peppers, and onions) to skillet
