Ingredients

  • Olive Oil

  • Fresh Shrimp

  • Sea Salt

  • Black Pepper

  • Broccoli Florets

  • Carrots Sliced

  • Snap Peas

  • Yellow Bell Pepper

  • Chopped Green Onion

  • Water

  • For the Sauce
  • Wholesome! Organic Raw Unfiltered White Honey

  • Tamari or Soy Sauce

  • Water

  • Sriracha

  • Garlic Minced

  • Ginger Minced

  • Cornstarch

  • Red Pepper Flakes

  • For the Rice
  • White Jasmine Rice

  • Water

Directions

  • For the Rice
  • In a medium pot, combine rice and water. 
  • Bring to a boil, then decrease heat to simmer and cover the pot. 
  • Cook 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water is absorbed and rice is cooked.
  • For the Sauce
  • In a medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and whisk together to combine.
  • For the Stir Fry
  • Peel and devein if necessary.
  • add 2 tbsp olive oil to skillet and heat
  • Add Shrimp to heated olive oil and cook thoroughly
  • Remov shrimp from skillet and thoroughly pat dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Add 2 tbsp water to skillet
  • Add all vegetables (broccoli, carrots, snap peas, peppers, and onions) to skillet
