Ingredients / Supplies
- 1 oz water, carrier oil, witch hazel, or lotion
- 7 drops geranium
- 4 drops peppermint
- 4 drops thyme
- 4 drops cedarwood or lavender
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a spray bottle
- Shake bottle well
- Spritz this repellent over your entire body (cautiously around the face)
