Perfect for game day or a fun family dinner, these easy sliders are spicy and cheesy, packing a punch of bold buffalo taste in very bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet Simply Organic® Buffalo Dry Rub
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese
  • 12 brioche slider rolls, sliced in half

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add chicken, buffalo dry rub, buffalo sauce, chicken broth and butter. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  • Using two forks, shred the chicken.
  • Slice brioche slider rolls in half widthwise and place bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Top roll bottoms with chicken mixture, then cheese. Place top half of slider buns on top.
  • Optional: Mix together melted butter and parsley and brush onto tops of buns.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
