Ingredients
- For the Black Pepper Rim:
Lemon wedges
sea or Himalayan pink salt
Simply Organic® Medium Grind Black Pepper
- For the Cocktail:
tomato juice, chilled
vodka, chilled
freshly squeezed lemon juice
prepared horseradish
Worcestershire sauce
hot sauce
Simply Organic® Medium Grind Black Pepper
Garnishes (suggested): celery, fresh dill sprigs, pickles, olives, cheese cubes
Directions
- To rim the cocktail glasses: On a shallow plate, combine salt and pepper. Rub a lemon wedge around one glass rim to moisten, then dip rim in mixture to coat. Repeat with remaining glasses.
- In a blender, combine tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and black pepper. Blend until combined.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour mixture into glasses and add garnishes before serving.
