  • head cauliflower, cut into medium-size florets

  • raw cashews

  • Frontier Co-op® Garlic Powder

  • vegetable stock

  • extra-virgin olive oil

  • tapioca flour

  • Frontier Co-op® Nutmeg

  • For the Topping:
  • breadcrumbs

  • vegan cashew parmesan

Directions

  • Create baked cauliflower using a signature cashew-based sauce featuring Frontier Co-op® Thyme, Nutmeg and Nutritional Yeast. The rich and savory sauce is amplified by the natural umami flavor of nooch.
