- 1 head cauliflower, cut into medium-size florets
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 tsp Frontier Co-op® Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Frontier Co-op® Onion Powder
- 1/4 cup Frontier Co-op® Premium Nutritional Yeast
- 2 cup vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp tapioca flour
- 1 tsp Frontier Co-op® Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Frontier Co-op® Nutmeg
For the Topping:
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp vegan cashew parmesan
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Frontier Co-op® Chives
- 1 tsp Frontier Co-op® Herb Fest
- 1 tsp Frontier Co-op® Parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
