Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into medium-size florets
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 tsp Frontier Co-op® Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Frontier Co-op® Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup Frontier Co-op® Premium Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp Frontier Co-op® Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Frontier Co-op® Nutmeg

For the Topping:

  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp vegan cashew parmesan
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Frontier Co-op® Chives
  • 1 tsp Frontier Co-op® Herb Fest
  • 1 tsp Frontier Co-op® Parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Create baked cauliflower using a signature cashew-based sauce featuring Frontier Co-op® Thyme, Nutmeg and Nutritional Yeast. The rich and savory sauce is amplified by the natural umami flavor of nooch.
  • From there, add texture with a custom breadcrumb topping enhanced with Frontier Co-op® Chives, Herb Fest and Parsley
