QUICK TIPS WITH FOCUS

• Diffuse or waft the bottle under your nose while studying, then apply the roll-on before taking a test
• Add a few drops of Focus to a small dish of sea salt to place on your desk
• Spray the Focus Mist around your desk before sitting down to do homework
• Diffuse while getting ready in the morning to set yourself up for a great day at school
• Add 1-2 drops to a cotton ball and place in backpack for grounding.
• With children, diffusion is recommended for a maximum of 30-60 minutes at a time.
• Diffusion is not recommended for babies under the age of 6 months.

Use: For a mild desktop diffusion during a study session, place 12 drops onto 1 ounce course sea salt. Diffuse 6 drops during homework time. Add 1-2 drops to a cotton ball and place in backpack for grounding.
