Spring Tonic Recipe

Our Herb Suggestions are:

Reconstitute Frontier Co-op® Apple Cider Vinegar with 2 parts powder and 5 parts water.
Next, fill a glass jar halfway with the herb of your choice, fill to the top with reconstituted apple cider vinegar.
Put a layer of parchment paper over the mouth of the jar, then cap with lid and let sit 2-4 weeks, shaking daily.
Next, strain through cheesecloth and store in a clean glass jar in a cool, dark place.
To use, add 1-2 tbsp. to sparkling water and enjoy!
