Air Fryer Zesty Ranch Chicken and Potatoes
Easily and expertly seasoned zesty ranch sheet-pan chicken and potatoes with a tangy zesty ranch dipping sauce — all thanks to our Zesty Ranch Sheet Pan Seasoning Mix.
Ingredients
- 1 packet Simply Organic Zesty Ranch Sheet Pan Seasoning
- 1 lb Chicken Breasts Boneless, Skinless
- 1 lb Potatoes cut into 1/2-3/4 inch cubes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
For the Zesty Ranch Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Buttermilk
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce Optional
Instructions
- Set a 4- to 6-quart air fryer to 375°.
- Reserve 1 tablespoon Zesty Ranch Seasoning from packet for Zesty Ranch Dipping Sauce.
- In a bowl, toss chicken and potatoes with oil and seasoning.
- Place in air fryer and cook for about 20 minutes, per air fryer directions, until chicken reaches 165°.
To Make the Dipping Sauce
- Mix reserved Zesty Ranch Seasoning with mayonnaise and buttermilk, stirring well to combine. Add hot sauce if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
