Traditional chai is a strong black tea best known for its delicious blend of herbs and spices that give it unique flavor. This tea is made from oxidized and fermented black tea leaves that are combined with spices such as cardamom, fresh ginger, black pepper, ground cloves, cinnamon and fennel.

nBlack tea brewing basics: Put 1 tsp. of tea in strainer, then place in cup. Add 8 oz. near-boiling water and steep for 3-5 minutes. Feel free to adjust to your preference.
