After a long day of shopping and wrapping, this blend is your invitation to unwind and prepare for a restorative night’s sleep. It’s woody, deeply calming, and perfect for quieting a racing mind.

  • The Oils: Lavender (promotes calm), Cedarwood (grounding and centering), Frankincense (meditative and peaceful).
  • Diffuser Recipe: Add 3 drops of Lavender, 3 drops of Cedarwood, and 2 drops of Frankincense to your diffuser about 30 minutes before bedtime.
  • “Sweet Dreams” Rollerball: In a 10ml roller bottle, combine 5 drops of Lavender, 4 drops of Cedarwood, and 3 drops of Frankincense. Top with a carrier oil like jojoba or sweet almond oil. Roll onto your wrists, the soles of your feet, and behind your ears as you get into bed.

2. The “Holiday Peace” Blend: For Soothing Daytime Anxiety

When your to-do list feels a mile long and social events seem overwhelming, this blend can help soothe anxiety without making you feel sleepy. It’s bright, sweet, and emotionally balancing.

  • The Oils: Bergamot (uplifting yet calming), Ylang Ylang (eases stress and tension), Sandalwood (grounding and emotionally stabilizing).
  • Diffuser Recipe: Add 4 drops of Bergamot, 2 drops of Ylang Ylang, and 2 drops of Sandalwood to your diffuser during the day to create a tranquil atmosphere.
  • “Moment of Calm” Rollerball: In a 10ml roller bottle, combine 6 drops of Bergamot, 3 drops of Ylang Ylang, and 3 drops of Sandalwood. Top with a carrier oil. Apply to your pulse points whenever you feel a wave of stress coming on.

3. The “Cozy Cabin” Blend: For Grounding & Comfort

This blend is Christmas in a bottle. It’s perfect for diffusing when you’re decorating the tree or simply want to create a warm, comforting, and festive environment that feels like a big, cozy hug.

  • The Oils: Sweet Orange (cheerful and uplifting), Siberian Fir (grounding, fresh pine scent), Cinnamon Bark (warming and comforting).
  • Diffuser Recipe: Add 4 drops of Sweet Orange, 2 drops of Siberian Fir, and 1 drop of Cinnamon Bark to your diffuser. (Note: Cinnamon is a potent oil, so a little goes a long way!)
  • Comforting Room Spray: Because Cinnamon can be irritating on the skin, we prefer this blend in a spray. In a 2oz glass spray bottle, add 10 drops of Sweet Orange, 5 drops of Siberian Fir, and 2 drops of Cinnamon Bark. Fill with distilled water and a splash of witch hazel to help the oils disperse. Shake well and mist into the air to instantly make your space feel more festive and serene.
